By equipping, teaching and mentoring we aim to build faithful men of God, who are daily in His word, ceaseless in prayer, and bold in their witness. We don't seek men to join Men's Ministry, we seek men to live Men's Ministry...in and out of church.

This is the most important meeting of the week at Cornerstone. We invite you to come and experience a time of praise and worship as we seek God's face. We present our needs to the Lord and pray for the Holy Spirit to move in our church, our homes and community.

May - Stay healthy to the bone

You can do a lot to reduce your risk of developing osteoporosis, the bone disease that leads to fractures. Protect your bones by getting enough calcium, and vitamin d, avoiding excess alcohol, exercise regularly, and quit smoking. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, don some shades and walk in the sun, it is an effective and inexpensive way to get plenty of vitamin d, weight training is especially valuable, as are weight-bearing exercises such as walking. It is also a good alternative to losing weight...You'll be glad you did.
